Terms and conditions of use

Article 1 – Who is ANGEL?

The ANGEL services and website are published by the company ANGEL SASU, with its registered office located at Le Poool, 2 Rue Théodore Monod, 35400 Saint-Malo, with a share capital of 10,000 euros, registered with the Saint-Malo Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 899 876 536. Email: cloud.google.com/contact Phone: +33 1 42 68 53 00 These General Conditions of Use (referred to as “T&C”) are intended to provide a legal framework for the provision of the site and services by ANGEL and to define the conditions of access and use of the services by any User/Member.

Article 2 – How to access the ANGEL service?

The ANGEL service is accessible from anywhere to any adult with Internet access. All costs incurred by the user to access the service (computer equipment, software, Internet connection, etc.) are at their own expense. The ANGEL service includes several digital services, websites, mobile applications, simulators, various and varied content, etc. Its features, content, and formats may evolve over time without prior notice.

Article 3 – What does a User commit to?

Any use of the ANGEL site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&C by the User. Indeed, the T&C must be accepted by any User wishing to access the ANGEL site. They constitute the contract between ANGEL and the User, who agrees to respect them. In the event of non-acceptance of these T&C, the User waives access to the services offered by ANGEL. Access to ANGEL services mandatorily requires providing at least a valid email address. Without providing this information, the User will not be able to benefit from the content and features offered by ANGEL. The User agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of ANGEL. In this regard, all trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, animated or non-animated images, video sequences, as well as all computer applications that could be used to operate the ANGEL site, and more generally all elements reproduced or used on the ANGEL site, are protected by the laws in force regarding intellectual property. They are the property of ANGEL. Any reproduction, representation, use, or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, without the prior written consent of ANGEL, is strictly prohibited.

Article 4 – What does a Member commit to?

When opening a personal space on the ANGEL site, the User expressly accepts these T&C by checking the box preceding the following text: “I acknowledge having read and understood the T&C and I accept them as a Member.” They then become a Member of the ANGEL service. By agreeing to open a personal space, the Member undertakes to provide sincere and accurate information regarding their civil status and contact details, in particular their email address, postal address, and telephone number. The Member is responsible for updating the information provided through their personal space. They are informed that they can modify it by logging into their personal space. To access the services, the Member must identify themselves using their email address and password, which they will have defined during registration and which are strictly personal. The Member ensures to keep their password secret. Any disclosure of the password, in any form, is prohibited. They assume the risks associated with the use of their username and password. ANGEL disclaims any responsibility in this regard. The Member may also request their unsubscription by going to the dedicated page in their personal space or by sending an email to: cgv@angel-start.com. This will be effective within a reasonable period, less than one month. In case of non-compliance with the general terms of use, ANGEL will have the possibility to suspend or even close a Member’s account after a formal notice sent electronically has remained without effect. Any account deletion, for whatever reason, leads to the immediate deletion of all personal information of the Member. The Member agrees to respect the intellectual property rights of ANGEL. (Same protection clause as Article 3).

Article 5 – What does ANGEL offer?

The services offered by ANGEL to users and members are as follows:

  • An online business model simulator: ANGEL provides, at no cost other than Internet access, an online form allowing the User/Member to build a business model in several stages, in a fun and educational way. Once identified, the User/Member is invited to gather and complete reliable information on their sector, project, market, economic activity, budget, and 5-year projections. The User/Member gives ANGEL the right to use and exploit this data in an aggregated and anonymized manner for 99 years to improve its simulator. ANGEL agrees not to distribute or market this information to third parties without the consent of the concerned User/Member.

  • Launch cockpit: ANGEL supports the Member by encouraging them to take concrete actions to launch their activity.

  • Generation of “print-ready” files: You can use the ANGEL Service to generate and then print your business plans (only available in certain regions).

  • Connecting with third-party service providers: The member will have the possibility to express needs for additional services (e.g., professional bank account, accountant, coach, etc.). The Member agrees that this connection is organized by Angel and therefore that some of their personal information may be communicated to selected suppliers.

Article 6 – The ANGEL paid offer

  • 6.1 Nature of the paid service: ANGEL offers a free service (DISCOVERY OFFER) and a paid one (PREMIUM OFFER). The PREMIUM offer is subscription-based (monthly or annual).

  • 6.2 Limitation of personal use: The ANGEL subscription (Premium Offer) is strictly personal. Any use aimed at providing services to third parties is prohibited with the individual subscription. Professionals must subscribe to a “Pro” or “B2B” offer.

  • 6.3 Subscriptions and renewals: Automatically renewed at a monthly or annual frequency. The Member can cancel at any time.

  • 6.4 Taxes: Subscription fees are inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise stated.

  • 6.5 Termination: Possible at any time via the profile/account settings. No refund for already paid fees.

  • 6.6 Free trials: Angel may offer free trials. Fees will be charged at the end of the trial unless cancelled.

  • 6.7 Price changes: Angel reserves the right to change its prices at any time with prior notice.

Article 7 – Mentoring or coaching

ANGEL may suggest that the Member contact Mentors. ANGEL acts only as an intermediary to facilitate the connection and billing. ANGEL cannot be held responsible for the content provided and advice given by said coach.

Article 8 – B2B Marketplace

Angel may offer Members companies (suppliers or service providers). Angel coordinates this promotion. Angel is not responsible for the services, advice, or content provided by these companies.

Article 9 – ANGEL B2B Offer

Angel also publishes an offer called ANGEL B2B for large companies and professionals. Conditions are personalized and subject to a specific sales contract.

Article 10 – Liability regarding provided services

ANGEL’s liability can only be engaged in case of proven fault or negligence. It is limited to direct damages. ANGEL is not responsible for errors in the business model, violations of third-party rights by the user, or failures of third-party products/services (mentors, professionals, etc.).

Article 11 – Liability regarding access and site diffusion

ANGEL is not responsible for Internet failures, maintenance, errors/omissions, or potential viruses. Links to external sites are not under ANGEL’s control.

Article 12 – Interpretation of T&C

If any provision is held to be invalid, the others remain in full force. ANGEL reserves the right to unilaterally modify the T&C at any time.

Article 13 – Compliance with applicable law and jurisdiction

These T&C are subject to French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Any legal action will be brought exclusively before the courts of Saint-Malo or Rennes.

Article 14 – Anti-discrimination

Angel does not tolerate the use of its Service for discriminatory purposes (race, religion, gender, etc.) or to incite hostility/violence.

Article 15 – Restrictions on use

Users are prohibited from renting, selling, distributing, decompiling, reverse-engineering, creating derivative works, using VPNs to bypass geolocation, or transmitting malicious code.

Article 16 – Violations

If Angel deems that a Member is violating these terms, it may delete user content, suspend access, close the account, or disclose information to competent authorities.

Article 17 – Duration of T&C

Effective from the moment you start using the Service until the expiration/termination of your subscription or account deletion.

Article 18 – STRIPE Online Payment

Payment is processed by STRIPE. This system is subject to STRIPE’s terms of use. Angel does not collect funds directly and does not store banking data (encrypted).


PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY

1. Main purpose

Personal data is collected to ensure the provision of ANGEL services, their improvement, and to maintain a comfortable and secure environment.

2. Sub-purposes

Includes site access, member verification, connecting with mentors, customer support, dispute management, and sending commercial/advertising information based on preferences.

3. Data collected

Name, first name, phone number, email, professional postal address, nature of the project, project data.

4. Storage duration

3 years from collection for Users, or 3 years from the last connection to the personal space for Members.

5. Security

ANGEL implements organizational, technical, and physical measures (storage on Google Cloud, maintenance via a recognized provider). However, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

6. Your Rights

Users/Members have rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing, and opposition. Requests must be sent to: cgv@angel-start.com. A response will be provided within one month. Complaints can be filed with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

7. Sharing data with third parties

Data may be shared if required by law or in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. Users will be informed before any transfer.

8. Cookies

Cookies are used to recognize devices, remember logins, monitor service usage, analyze anonymized data for improvements, and personalize advertising. Users can manage cookies via the banner at the bottom of the page.

9. Evolution of the policy

ANGEL reserves the right to modify this policy. Any changes will be published on the site. If the Member does not agree, they can delete their personal space.
